The United Way of Greater Knoxville is requesting proposals
for Community Impact Venture Grants.
Community programs or projects must address one or
more of the organization's three primary focus areas:
1) health, 2) building independence through education
for life and job skills, and 3) service delivery to
people living on the edge of poverty in Knox County.
The Review Committee is seeking applications for projects
that are clearly defined, measurable, and which will
achieve critical outcomes efficiently and effectively.
Strategies that agencies may pursue for creating successful
outcomes might include, but are not limited to, interagency
cooperation, the possibility for project replication,
and/or project sustainability. Furthermore, proposals
should indicate how the project is aligned with the
United Way of Greater Knoxville's Investment Model.
