Exciting Changes for the Nonprofit Management Center
of East Tennessee
United Way of Greater Knoxville is pleased to announce
our newest partnership with
The University of Tennessee's Professional and Personal
Development Office (UT).
The Nonprofit Management
Center (NMC), a venture of United Way, assists and
encourages nonprofit organizations in East Tennessee
that have a desire to strengthen their skills, their
organizations, and ultimately their delivery of client
services. In order to extend and enhance this service,
United Way will offer a limited number of scholarships
for individuals and nonprofit organizations to enroll
in The University of Tennessee's Nonprofit Management
Certificate Program.
United Way will pay up to 90% of the course registration
fee for selected applicants. These scholarships are
available just in time for winter course registration.

In addition to offering scholarships for professional
development courses, the United Way's NMC will continue
to support nonprofit organizations through technical
assistance and our nonprofit resource center.
