• $5.13 a month will provide a medical visit for
a working, but uninsured patient or their family member.
• $7.42 will provide daily telephone contact with
a frail elderly citizen for a week, to assure their
well being and allow that individual to remain at home
and out of an institution.
• $10 a month will provide quality child care
for one week for a family or single head of household
who is training for a better job.
• $13.40 subsidizes safe affordable housing for
one night for women in transition who are seeking permanent
housing and striving for more financial and/or emotional
stability.
• $21.50 a week will provide individualized training
for a student with disabilities to become employed in
a competitive job and live more independently.
