Gifts to the Community Care Fund address the most pressing
needs while supporting a network of essential programs
and services.
Those gifts provide food, shelter and other basic human
needs as well as crisis and emergency services.
It includes prevention and development programs that
provide treatment and intervention. Working together,
we will identify ways to create lasting change for the
future by identifying and eliminating the root cause
of the community's problems
Trained volunteers work year-round to monitor donations
to ensure they are making the greatest impact.
