Combined Federal Campaign
We are celebrating 50 Years of Caring!

The Combined Federal Campaign was established in 1961 by President John Kennedy and is the largest workplace giving program in the world.
The mission of CFC is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee-focused, cost-efficient and effective in providing all Federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all.
Since 1961 federal employees have raised more than $6.8 BILLION.
Smoky Mountain Region Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)
The Smoky Mountain Region CFC serves 22 counties in East Tennessee, 1 county in Virginia and Kentucky, and 2 counties in North Carolina. United Way of Greater Knoxville serves as the Principal Combined Fund Organization under the direction of the Local Federal Coordinating Committee, chaired by Adolphus Brown with Tennessee Valley Authority.
In 2010, federal employees contributed $723,520 for local, national and international agencies.
